The unsulfured sparkling wine has a cloudy, golden yellow color, very delicate mineral background, generous, round fruit and mouth-filling texture. This Pétnat is not fully dry but alluringly fruity.

Named for the trendy area of Cape Town that Savage Wines calls home, it drinks more like a Pouilly Fume than a Marlborough Sauvignon.
It has a real lushness to the palate with yellow plums, semi-dried pineapple, moringa flowers, a tiny hint of reduction and an amazing intense tanginess. Terrific body with a stunningly long finish.

Rich and spicy with mouth-watering notes of apricot, peach and even honeysuckle. Viognier has a lovely combination of perfumed, floral aromatics and stone fruit flavors which help to give it a rounded, smooth finish.

Matured partially in oak, it offers white-peach and grapefruit flavors that are pristine but rounded, edged by a hint of toast and a lingering marzipan finish.
